Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if you are not happy with your recent purchase we gladly accept returns wich will be refunded to your original form of payment return policy.
All purchases must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in salable conditions, your return will be denied and such items will not be refunded.
Refunds must be made within 30 days from the delivery date, for regular priced items. SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Any orders that are initiated after the 30 day period will not be accepted for refund. We do not make refunds on sales or promotional days. Only exchange.

OUTGOING SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED!!!

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. ONFIT is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided.
Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid.

All orders received before 12 pm CST-Monday-Friday are processed within 2-5 business days of payment verification.
